How long will it take to receive my order?

Quality takes time.

To ensure product quality, we make our rugs made-to-order, just for you. If you place an order now, you will receive it in 2 weeks. We want to make sure that you are getting the best out of your purchase, not pulled from stockpile or warehouse.

Because of the pandemic, turnaround time might be increased as there are some delays due to supplier and labor shortages.


Return Policy

Our rugs are made to order just for you, one at a time. In the event that you're not happy with your purchase, our returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Email us and we'll send you a Return Authorization Number and provide all the help you'll need. 


How to cancel/change my order?

EASY. Just send us an email at support@cobaltcreekrugs.com within 48 hours of your purchase to cancel, change, or update an order. We cannot guarantee that the order will be canceled if it was already in production or shipped out.

Please make sure that you are certain about the size, design, and all other information you put in on your cart before you checkout.
