Shipping
FREE SHIPPING within the US. Cobalt Creek Rugs ships your order within 10 business days. Delivery should occur within 3 weeks, usually sooner. Cobalt Creek Rugs ships merchandise FREE to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, excluding Alaska, Hawaii. Additionally, Cobalt Creek Rugs ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico, and other international locations, shipping will be added for these destinations.
Return Policy
In the event that you wish to return a rug, we only accept rugs in perfect and un-used condition.
We will refund your money minus a 15% charge for handling, reconditioning and re-stocking.

Cobalt Creek Rugs makes no representations or warranties to Customer, or anyone else, with respect to Product manufactured by any third party. Any warranties of third party manufacturers shall run directly to Buyer to the extent permitted by law and Cobalt Creek Rugs shall have no liability therefore.
